The number of arbitrators shall be one, who shall be a retired judicial officer (judge), appointed in accordance with the Rules of the CAM-CCBC. The parties shall bear their own attorneys’ fees and costs of arbitration unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator. The parties shall share the arbitrator fees and expenses equally.
