When depositing or withdrawing crypto, make sure the network used matches the network of the destination; otherwise, your assets may be lost. After you submit a withdrawal request, it will go through 4 statuses: Withdrawal Requested, Pending, Withdrawing, Completed. When the withdrawal details page shows Completed, it means the assets have left the platform.
